Standard Cleaning (Regular maintenance cleaning for homes & offices)

  • Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, furniture)
  • Wipe mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Vacuum and mop floors
  • Wipe down light switches and doorknobs
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen countertops & appliances (exterior)
  • Scrub and sanitize sinks, toilets, and showers/bathtubs
  • Make beds (if requested)

Deep Cleaning (For first-time clients, spring cleaning, or homes needing extra attention)

  • Everything included in Standard Cleaning, plus:
  • Scrub grout lines in bathrooms and kitchens
  • Clean behind and under furniture (if accessible)
  • Wipe down ceiling fans and air vents
  • Deep-clean baseboards and doors
  • Clean inside microwave, oven, and refrigerator (if requested)
  • Hand-wipe blinds and window sills
  • Disinfect light switches, handles, and remote controls

Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning (Ideal for renters, landlords, and realtors before or after moving)

  • Everything included in Deep Cleaning, plus:
  • Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
  • Clean inside all kitchen appliances (oven, fridge, dishwasher)
  • Wipe down inside closets and pantry
  • Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
  • Ensure no dust or debris is left behind

Post-Construction Cleaning (After renovations or new construction work)

  • Remove dust from all surfaces, walls, and ceilings
  • Vacuum and mop multiple times to remove fine dust

  • Deep clean bathrooms and kitchens

  • Change bed linens and replace towels

  • Check for damages and report to host

  • Ensure all areas are guest-ready
