Regular Cleaning (Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly) For maintaining a clean, fresh space regularly.

  • Dust all surfaces
  • Wipe kitchen counters and appliances (outside)
  • Clean sinks and faucets
  • Wipe bathroom counters and mirrors
  • Scrub toilets
  • Light tub/shower cleaning
  • Empty trash bins
  • Vacuum or mop all floors
  • Make beds (if requested)

Deep Cleaning / Spring Cleaning (Seasonal or first-time reset) For homes that need a deeper touch than regular upkeep.

  • Perfect after the winter months, before hosting, or to reset your space.
  • Includes everything in Regular Cleaning, plus:
  • Hand-wipe hard-to-reach areas like baseboards, door frames, and trim
  • Dust ceiling fans, vents, and high surfaces
  • Clean cabinet fronts
  • Wipe light switches and doors
  • Vacuum furniture and under cushions
  • Spot-clean walls
  • Clean interior windows and tracks
  • Optional: Inside oven and fridge

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning (Perfect for when you are moving)

  • Includes everything in Deep Cleaning, plus:
  • Clean inside all cabinets and drawers
  • Wipe out closets and shelves
  • Clean inside oven, fridge and microwave
  • Clean behind and under appliances (if accessible)
  • Remove trash left behind
  • Detailed bathroom and kitchen sanitizing
  • Final clean for handover-ready space

Post-Construction / Renovation Cleaning (After remodels or new builds)

  • Includes everything in Move-Out Cleaning, plus:
  • Heavy dust removal from all surfaces
  • Clean light fixtures, walls and vents
  • Remove stickers, residue and paint splatter
  • Interior window and track cleaning
  • Multiple floor cleanings if needed
  • Polish fixtures and handles
  • Optional: HEPA vacuuming for fine dust

Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Cleaning (Fast and detailed turnover cleaning for hosts)

  • Everything included in Standard Cleaning, plus:
  • Change bed linens and replace towels
  • Restock toiletries and basic supplies
  • Check for damages and report to host
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces for hygiene
  • Ensure all areas are guest-ready
